The Brief
R-Store, a leading Apple reseller, has chosen TWOW to lead the transformation of its digital ecosystem. The goal? To seamlessly integrate advertising activities for e-commerce and retail into an omnichannel strategy, while improving sales performance both online and in physical stores for B2C and B2B targets.
The Challenge
The project faced significant challenges: transitioning from a predominantly offline model to integrated management, and navigating the shift from Universal Analytics to GA4. Additionally, activating trackable store sales required advanced infrastructure and a highly customized strategic approach.

E-commerce:
Our first step was to take charge of managing advertising campaigns dedicated to e-commerce, with the goal of increasing online sales and brand awareness. We supported R-Store in transitioning from Universal Analytics to GA4, ensuring seamless and efficient data management, which was essential for monitoring and optimizing performance.
Retail:
At the same time, we collaborated with Google to develop an advanced in-store sales tracking infrastructure. This innovation enabled precise measurement of the impact of digital advertising campaigns on transactions in physical stores, tracking metrics such as Store Visit and Store Sale. With these tools, we successfully created an effective synergy between online and offline, driving traffic to physical stores and optimizing conversions across all channels
